Donate Cryptocurrency

Donating cryptocurrency to a non-profit is non-taxable. This means you do not owe capital gains tax on the appreciated amount. You can deduct it on your taxes. This makes Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency donations one of the most tax-efficient ways to support the Foundation. When you provide an email, you will automatically receive a tax receipt after donating.

Talk to a crypto-savvy tax professional or check out our partners at The Giving Block to learn more about how donating crypto can lower your taxes.

Many non-profit organizations accept cryptocurrency as a donation. So, why donate to us? Your generous donation of bitcoin or altcoin helps to fuel our mission to make a difference for those living with epilepsy.

Your donations help advance research and new therapies, find cures, and save lives. We work toward seizure safety every day through our seizure first aid certification trainings. Our trainings cover the general public, school nurses and personnel, police, EMTs, and more! ...and that is just the tip of the iceberg.
